Guidelines: 

• The accepted papers will be published online conference proceedings.

• An acceptable limit is 5-10 pages per paper, if the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page. 

• The registration fee is subjected to the deadline which is indicated as “early, regular, late, onsite“ in the registration fee table.

• The Participants attend the meeting session only to do the presentation, not publish the paper, please choose "One day Program" registration.

• The participants intend to do a presentation and to publish their papers, please select "HKSRA member, Nonmember or Student" registration.

• The participants attend the conference as a listener, please download the registration form in which you can find the payment method. After payment, please send us your filled registration form and payment voucher.

Registration Instructions:

• All participants are expected to fill in the registration form, one registration form for one participant only.   

• It is required to send your camera-ready, registration form and payment by the deadline to conference email box, 

• Pay the registration fee through our online payment system(click), the link could be found in the registration form as well.

• Send us your filled registration form, payment voucher along with other related documents to conference mailbox, info@hksra.org.

Benefits for HKSRA member and Students:

• The HKSRA membership has the privilege of registration as indicated in the registration fee table. When you finished the payment, please provide your HKSRA member ID.

• If you register with 'student', please send your valid student identity as supplementary.

• Please notice that only one preferential item can be valid for one applicant.

What covered by the registration fee?

• Full registration fee covers :(Author only) publication fee + meeting sessions + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner + conference kits.  

• ''One-day program'' registration fee covers meeting sessions + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner +conference kits. 

• Tutorials should be registered individually.

• Tutorial Registration includes all tutorials sessions + lunch. 

• Printed program, attendance certificate, a souvenir will be provided on the conference site. 

Cancellation policy

• For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable. 

• The registration fee will not be refunded if you fail to attend.

• A written refund/cancellation request received one month in advance of the meeting will be accepted and an administrative fee of $100 will be charged. Refund/cancellation requests will not be accepted one week prior to the meeting.

Statement:

On the principal of participants' safety 1st, the organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue against force majeure. The participants are obliged to comply and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
